Get to Know Me.......

I'm a Massage Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Qigong instructor and Prenatal Support. I have been a Therapist for over 15 years.

Massage Therapy is a relaxation technique that has infinite benefits. It's great for sports soreness, prenatal/postnatal pain, soothes nerve pain, detoxification, lymphatic drainage, stress reduction and relief from overworked shoulders. Stress is the number one cause of oxidative stress in the body. Massage therapy is one of the best ways to combat cortisol and stress.

It's also a great modality to use when you are working out on a regular basis to move any lactic acid build up from exercise. I could go on and on about all the benefits of massage therapy it's truly endless.

It should be used as a alternative healing modality not to replace medical evaluation.

Labor support I provide massage therapy during labor in hospitals and homes.

text me anytime for this service. The ancient art of massage can help make your labor easier. Studies have shown that massage therapy performed during labor can help: significantly reduce pain, especially back, leg and joint pain. relieve muscle aches.

Text: 415-802-6643 if you need labor support.

I do Hypnotherapy to coach you on where your body may be subconsciously stuck. And, how to release old patterns of movement. Sometimes we don't realize pain comes from old trauma, old injury or childhood.

Qigong increases the supply and flow of energy throughout the body, it can have many benefits. It is known to harmonize and enhance the bodily systems— leaving you feeling refreshed, revitalized, stronger, and more centered. The list of benefits is infinite and I encourage you to start today!

None of these modalities replace medical evaluation. They are used with regular medical care.
